Scheduling Policy

I acknowledge that scheduling is my responsibility and is done on a first come, first serve basis. I understand that if Pauly Kostora K9 Services has reached out for more than three months of last session or class with no response from client including over the phone, email, letter, or visit, Pauly Kostora K9 Services has the right to terminate services with no refund.

Cancelation and Termination of Services 

I understand I may change a reservation for a private session up to 24 hours prior to the session or class. A $25 cancelation fee will apply for any changes with less than 24 hours’ notice. A no call/no show will result in the charge of the full session or class and a $25 fee. I understand I may not schedule another session or class until the fee is paid in full. I understand that Pauly Kosotra k9 Services reserves the right to refuse business and has the right to terminate services at any time due to client rudeness or aggression towards staff members or other clients, unsafe working conditions, or overall lack of client participation in sessions or classes. I understand that Pauly Kostora K9 Services will report any form of animal abuse according to local, state, and federal laws and terminate services.

Add Ons

I acknowledge that any dog added to the household will be charged at the price listed in services. This includes puppies, rescues, fosters, etc.

Agreement to Hold Harmless and Assumption of Risk

I waive all legal rights against and release Pauly Kostora K9 Services, its owners, employees and/or agents from all liability of any nature for injury or damage which I, members of my family, my dog, or other guests who may attend (collectively referred to as “Attendees”) may suffer, including, but not without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from (1) the actions (including but not limited to acts of negligence) of Pauly Kostora K9 Services or another person or dog attending any obedience class, a training seminar, a “doggy/puppy social” or a private lesson/session (collectively referred to as “Sessions”) on the Pauly Kostora K9 Services training grounds, the area surrounding the training grounds, or on my own property and (2) any advice or instruction given by Pauly Kostora K9 Services to me or any Attendees. I waive my legal rights and release Pauly Kostora K9 Services after Pauly Kostora K9 Services has informed me that attendance at the Classes may pose risks to myself and other Attendees because some of the dogs to which I/we may be exposed may be difficult for any handler to control and may be the cause of injury (i.e., dog bite) to any of the Attendees. This is true even when the dogs are handled with the greatest amount of care. I fully understand that regardless of the training received by any dog, a dog always possesses the propensity to bite. I waive my legal rights and release Pauly Kostora K9 Services voluntarily and without relying on representations made to me by Pauly Kostora K9 Services. I acknowledge that Pauly Kostora K9 Services has made no representations, guarantees, or implied or express promises as to the outcomes of the participation of me or any of the Attendees in the Classes or Sessions. I acknowledge that Pauly Kostora K9 Services offers instruction in the area of dog training and is not a place of recreation. In consideration of and to induce Pauly Kostora K9 Services to accept me and my dog into the Classes, I agree to indemnify and hold Pauly Kostora K9 Services harmless from any and all claims, including claims by any Attendee that is the result of any action by any dog, including my own.

Refund Policy

I acknowledge that Pauly Kostora K9 Services does not issue refunds for any training or behavioral modification services.

I acknowledge that I have been informed of these terms and conditions by a staff member of Pauly Kostora K9 Services. I understand the terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and I agree to these terms upon payment of services.
